WE GUARANTEE that your new eyewear was manufactured with materials of the highest quality, strength and durability, and is free from defects. If any part of your frame or lenses break, under normal wearing conditions, within one year from the date of purchase, return all parts and we will repair of replace it at no charge.

Replacement of plastic lenses purchased with an extra scratch coating, antireflective coating, polarization or polycarbonate  is limited to once in a 12 month period. Lens replacement must be in the original prescription. Limited warrantee does not cover: loss, theft, accident, abuse, CR/39 lenses or glass lenses. Some limitations apply.

This warrantee protects you from extra expenses with the proper care of your eyewear as listed below:

1.Your glasses have been adjusted to your specific requirements.  Don’t let anyone try on your glasses.

2. To keep your glasses in proper adjustment, use both hands when putting on or removing your glasses. To prevent scratching, lay your glasses down so the lenses do not touch any hard surface. It would be better to put them in a case when not in use. If loose in your pocket or purse they are likely to break or become scratched.

3. Proper cleaning is important. Your glasses should be washed with a mild soap and clear water then dried with a clean, soft cloth. Special cleaners can be used (ask our optician first). Special micro-fiber cloths can be used (available in our optical). Do not use “anti-bacterial” soaps on anti-reflective coated lenses.

4. DO NOT ADJUST YOUR GLASSES YOUSELF. Adjustments needed? Please come in to see one of our trained Opticians.
